What is Grounding?
For most of human history, we lived in constant contact with the Earth — walking barefoot, resting on natural surfaces, and absorbing its subtle electrical charge. Today, insulated shoes, concrete floors, high-rise living and indoor lifestyles disconnect us from that natural flow.
Grounding (or earthing) simply restores this connection.
The Earth carries a gentle negative charge, and when your skin touches a grounded surface, your body absorbs these free electrons. This helps rebalance your body’s electrical state and reduces the build-up of excess positive charge — a factor linked to inflammation and disrupted physiological function.
Grounding isn’t about adding electricity to your body; it’s about restoring your body’s natural balance with the Earth.
Grounding isn’t a wellness trend. It’s a biological reset our bodies were designed for — helping your system settle, balance, and recover naturally.
